Getting Started
Creating Collections
Learn how to create, organise, and customise collections.
What is a collection?
A collection is a themed page that holds a curated set of links for a specific topic, project, or team. Each collection gets its own public URL that you can share with anyone.
Creating a new collection
From your Dashboard, click New Collection. You will be asked for:
- Collection Name — keep it short and recognisable
- URL Slug — auto-generated from the name, but you can customise it
- Description — shown on the public page below the title
Choosing a template
Every collection uses a visual template that controls the layout and style of the public page. You can choose from over 25 built-in templates including:
- Minimal — clean white card layout
- Gradient — colorful gradient backgrounds
- Dark — dark-themed designs
- Neon — bold accent colors
- Retro — vintage-inspired styles
You can change templates at any time without losing your links.
Custom backgrounds
Beyond templates, you can set a custom background:
- Solid color — pick any color from the color picker
- Stock images — choose from a curated library of background photos
- Custom URL — paste a URL to any image
The background is applied behind the template layout for a unique look.
Organising collections
Your dashboard shows all collections as cards. Each card displays:
- The collection name and description
- Number of links
- The template preview
- Quick actions: edit, share, clone, or delete
Cloning a collection
Need a similar page for a new period or project? Click the Clone button on any collection to duplicate it with all its links. The clone gets a new URL slug and you can rename it immediately.
Limits
The number of collections you can create depends on your plan:
| Plan | Collections | Links per Collection |
