Getting Started

Quick Start

Get up and running with Gevell Links in under five minutes.

Create your account

Visit links.gevell.com/auth and sign in with your email (magic link). No password needed — we send a secure sign-in link to your inbox.

Set up your profile

After signing in you will be guided through a short onboarding flow:

  • Username — this becomes your public URL: links.gevell.com/@yourname
  • Display Name — shown on your public profile and collection pages
  • Title / Role — your professional title (e.g. "Product Manager", "Consultant")

Click Save to activate your creator profile.

Create your first collection

From the Dashboard, click New Collection and fill in:

  1. Collection Name — the name visitors will see (e.g. "Q1 Resources")
  2. Description — a short summary of what the collection covers
  3. Template — pick a visual theme for the public page

Your collection is created instantly and you can start adding links right away.

Inside your collection, click Add Link and enter:

  • Title — a descriptive label (e.g. "Project Overview")
  • URL — the destination link
  • Icon (optional) — choose from built-in icons or let the system detect one

Drag and drop links to reorder them. Changes save automatically.

Share your page

Click the Share button to get your public collection URL. You can also grab an embed code to place the link page inside any website or platform.
